操作工分很多檔，培訓崗、外副操、外主操、內副操、內主操、副班長、班長槐配。培訓崗一般要干一年，一年後，如果有崗位的話，一般是外副操，如果沒有崗位的話，繼續干旦枝培模明敏訓崗。而且，不同裝置的難度系數（總公司對於裝置的難度系數是有明確規定的），其他裝置會高一些）不同，即便同是外副操，收入也有差別。稅後收入不等於拿到手的收入，因為稅後收入還要扣除公積金（具體比例按省市文件）、醫療保險等等，外副操到手收入4萬左右/年是可以保證的。
