操作工分很多档，培训岗、外副操、外主操、内副操、内主操、副班长、班长槐配。培训岗一般要干一年，一年后，如果有岗位的话，一般是外副操，如果没有岗位的话，继续干旦枝培模明敏训岗。而且，不同装置的难度系数（总公司对于装置的难度系数是有明确规定的），其他装置会高一些）不同，即便同是外副操，收入也有差别。税后收入不等于拿到手的收入，因为税后收入还要扣除公积金（具体比例按省市文件）、医疗保险等等，外副操到手收入4万左右/年是可以保证的。
